The First Blizzard Of The Season

It rolled in exactly as predicted; the snow stared falling around nine last night after a light drizzle which began at around sundown.

The temperatures fell to well below freezing last night and that, with the rain and the snow means that the rush hour this morning is already a massive mess. We've had over six inches already and the prediction is for a foot before it is all over. There is a thin layer of ice below the snow which has gathered… It is a perfect day to stay home and work from my home office.

It is so good to be able to do so.

Wherever you are today, I hope that your commute is a safe one.
