Travelogue: London - Right As Rain

The forecast was, at least in that one respect, accurate! They had been saying for a couple days that the snow would be quitting some time around sunset to be replaced by rain shortly thereafter. I do not know when, exactly, things switched over, but by the time I left the office it was, indeed, raining.

Looking out the window of my room, I see that it is still gray and dark. There are streaks of water that trace down the panes. It is hard to tell, being still pretty early, whether they are condensed fog (it is hard to see the building across the road) or actual drizzle.

One thing is certain however, if it is warm enough for the snow to have stopped and for the rain to begin, we should see some significant melting of the accumulated snow soon! Brilliant! Just another way for London to be wet!

Wherever you are today, I hope that your weather is - at very least - what you expected!
