My friend Chris celebrates his birthday on the 4th of July and every year throws a throws a Pirate-Themed party to celebrate. (He once told me that he could choose to throw a patriotic themed party, but thought it would be cliché. Or perhaps I dreamed that…)
There was, as always, lots of food and fun, crafts for the children, and time to catch-up for the adults. It was an excellent day for it too, with the exception of a little wind that blew-up around four, but other than that, it was an excellent day!
