After a great week with the team in Craiova, it's time to begin the long journey home. Last night, after the Christmas party, I checked my travel plans. The airline noted a small snowstorm in Bucharest but assured me no travel delays were predicted.

Here I am at the Bucharest airport. Our scheduled departure was 9:30 AM. It's now well after 10:00 AM, and the most important part of the equation is missing—there is still no plane at our gate. I'm hoping it's just a minor delay. The one saving grace is that I have a three-hour layover in Munich, so there's a bit of a buffer... for now.
