After the incredible spectacle of the eclipse, there was only one thing left to do: the long drive home.

With the main event behind us, we packed up the camper and hit the road in the very early, very dark hours of the morning. The plan is to push straight through, a marathon drive to get back to Colorado. It's the less glamorous but necessary bookend to an unforgettable adventure.
Wherever you are today, I hope your journey home is a safe one.
