From Urbank to Minneapolis, A Day for Family

An unexpected and thought-provoking sight to start our morning.

The day of the main event began with an unusual sight: a pickup truck towing a trailer full of large, fabricated crosses.

The whole reason for the trip:
the annual Korkowski Cousins' luncheon at the Old Mill.

It was a memorable start to a day that was all about the reason for our trip. We all gathered at the Old Mill in Urbank for the annual Korkowski Cousins' luncheon. It's always wonderful to get together, catch up, and share a meal. 

Back in Minneapolis under a moody sky,
getting ready for the journey home.

After the luncheon, it was time to head south to Minneapolis to position ourselves for the flight home tomorrow.

A classic Minnesota walleye sandwich
was the perfect dinner to close out our visit.

 We capped off a successful and heartwarming trip with one last Minnesota tradition: a delicious walleye sandwich for dinner.
