The family vacation for our dark-sky Perseid meteor shower gathering is officially underway, but the first order of business was making sure the four-legged family members were properly settled.

Having a house full of visiting guests can be a whirlwind for the dogs, so we brought them over to Overland Pet Resort for their own little getaway. Judging by the immediate bursts of energy and full-speed laps around the turf run, they had zero complaints about kicking off their vacation while we get ready to host ours.
